I know it can make you cranky when you have to return something that you have been anticipating with excitement- I know it makes my cranky! We will do our best to accommodate you, but since the products are produced and drop-shipped from a print on demand company called Printify, Cranky Yoga is at the mercy of their Return Policy procedures.

Since our products are produced and drop-shipped from a print-on-demand company, this means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size (unless they sent you the wrong size), color, or simply changed your mind, because the product cannot be re-stocked and re-sold. SO PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE HITTING THE SUBMIT BUTTON. Also note that there is a size chart with each product description, so make sure your refer to the chart to ensure you are getting the right size (women’s tee’s and tanks run small).

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Printify offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us at info@crankyyoga.com (CONTACT FORM is located at the end of each page)  within 30 days of product delivery.  You must provide a clear photo of your receipt as well as showing the issue because that is what Printify requires from us when we process the return for you .

Note
If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.
